Chris Moneymaker won’t play at WSOP live series this year
As you know, the world famous poker player Chris Moneymaker caused the poker boom in the 2000s. He became famous primarily as an amateur who managed to win Main Event at WSOP 2003.
Since then, Moneymaker has participated in multiple WSOP bracelet events. Some days ago, the poker pro shared his plans for the WSOP live events this year.
Initially, Chris wanted to come to Las Vegas to play in WSOP events, but soon he decided to miss the series for personal reasons.

Moneymaker told about such a decision on his Twitter page:
Turns out, his son suffers from asthma and the boy is contraindicated to be vaccinated against COVID-19. It is also reported that the number of coronavirus cases is growing in Las Vegas, so the poker player has decided to be too careful.
