EPT will return to Sochi in March 2020

PokerStars confirmed information that the next EPT Sochi series will be held in March 2020. The championship timeframe: March 20 – 29. The venue: Sochi Casino in the game zone Krasnaya Polyana.

Main Event will be held from 24 to 29 March with an entry fee of 175 000 rubles ($ 2 725). The prize pool of Main Event is 150 million rubles ($2 350 000).

PokerStars carries out the satellites. It is possible to win the package worth 285 000 rubles ($4 460) in the qualifying tournaments. It includes the accommodation for seven days, transport costs and buy-in to Main Event.

EPT Sochi was first held in 2017. In March 2019, the Israeli poker player Uri Gilboa became the winner of Main Event. In October, the poker player from China Yi Ye won Main Event of the series.
