Isaac Haxton became a runner-up of WPT Super High Roller at PartyPoker

This summer, the famous high roller and PartyPoker Ambassador from the United States Isaac Haxton demonstrated excellent results in the expensive tournaments.

The week before last, he managed to win $25 500 Super High Roller event with $525 000 prize pool and earned a payout of $262 500.

Just two weeks later, he became a runner-up of similar tournament with the same buy-in. However, this time the guarantee of event reached the mark of $500 000.

WPT Super High Roller event collected 23 entries that broke the guarantee. The prize pool of given tournament exceeded the claimed prize sum by $75 000.

As a result of the deal, Isaac Haxton earned $203 480 for the second place. The poker pro from the United States David Peters became the champion of tournament and enriched with $256 500.

In total, three participants reached ITM zone of such a big tournament. The German poker player Christoph Vogelsang was the last to earn prize money ($115 000).  

As for the champion of tournament, this is not the biggest wining of David Peters this year. In mid-August, he won his second WSOP bracelet and $360 480 of prize money.
