Israeli player Ran Koller won his first WSOP bracelet
Poker players from many countries came to Las Vegas for the coveted WSOP bracelets. The player from Israel Ran Koller became one of these players.
Koller managed to outplay the players’ field of 2 778 participants in WSOP 2021 Event #33: Eight-Handed No-Limit Hold'em Deepstack with a relatively modest buy-in of $800 and $1 955 710 prize pool.

For the first place, Ran earned the largest payout in his career, namely $269 470, as well as his first WSOP bracelet.
In heads-up, Koller beat his fellow countryman Ran Ilani, who also enriched with the biggest prize money of $166 550.

In the final hand, Koller went all-in with 5♦-3♣ (on the turn with A♥-4♦-2♦-K♥) and Ilani called with 7♥-2♥. River card 9♦ didn’t improve Ilani's hand to a flush, and Koller became the champion. In total, 417 participants entered ITM zone, while the minimum payout reached the mark of $1 280.
