Ivey beats Antonius in the WPT Heads Up Championship finals
The final heads-up of WPT Heads Up Championship brought together two poker legends, Patrik Antonius and Phil Ivey. Before that, both players beat very strong opponents on their way to the finals.
Antonius knocked out Stefan "stefan11222" Burakov and Sam Greenwood, while Ivey "got rid of" Stephen Chidwick and Chris Kruk.
In the final, Ivey won a landslide victory – 3:0 – as he did not let Antonius win a single match. According to regulations of the tournament, the final goes to 3 wins, and three matches were enough for Phil to prove his superiority.
