Maria Ho managed to beat Kristen Bicknell in the final heads-up and get $276 000 for the first place. Due to the low number of participants, the prize zone of the event turned out to be very small: only two players cashed in. Kristen Bicknell, who became the best female player in 2018, received $180 000 for the second place.
The poker player herself is very happy she won the tournament on the day of her birthday. The girl posted on her Twitter page the following words:
You believe a wash is going to change the cards; I believe in birthday run good. We’ve all got our superstitions. pic.twitter.com/6rIQ1vgljy
