Mike Matusow bets half his bankroll on Negreanu

Recently, the poker community has been actively discussing Daniel Negreanu's upcoming heads-up battle against Douglas Polk that takes place at WSOP.com on November 1.

Many players have already expressed their opinion on the fight between the popular poker professionals, and some of them even indicated their willingness to place bets on Negreanu vs. Polk duel.

Thus, the famed American poker player Mike Matusow has announced that he will bet half of his bankroll (which is $10 000) on Daniel Negreanu winning the heads-up match. He reported that on his Twitter page:

Douglas Polk called Matusow's decision very reckless not only in the context of the duel but also in terms of bankroll management. Negreanu agreed with Polk in that regard.

A huge part of the poker community is inclined to believe that legendary Daniel Negreanu is the favorite in this battle. For example, Phil Hellmuth also shared his opinion concerning the fight on Twitter, saying that although Polk was a good heads-up player, he would bet on KidPoker in that match.
