MGM Resorts plans to build its casino in Japan

At long last, one gambling giant decided to build the first large casino in Japan. This issue is about MGM Resort, which has announced their plans to build a new casino in Osaka.
According to the words of Osaka Governor Hirofumi Yoshimura, MGM Resorts company is the first and so far the only representatives of the gambling industry, which have decided to build their casino in Osaka.
If things go well, then the casino will be built and ready to welcome visitors in the near future. An artificially created plot of land in Osaka Bay called Yumeshima, better known as the "dream island", was allocated for the casino construction.
