Ole Schemion became WPT champion

​Last night, Ole Schemion celebrated his victory in WPT Championship Tournament. HyperX Esports Arena has witnessed the German triumph in the tournament of champions. The participants of all final tables of the 17th WPT season played in this event.

The strongest players gathered at the final table and skill with the professionalism were at the first place in the criteria for determining the champion. The fate of the trophy was determined in a heads-up between Ole Shemion and Tony Dunst. The German poker player won this battle and his first words after the victory were as follows:

“It feels great. I’m tired and happy to go home now, but I’m satisfied. It was a nice tournament overall and nice to win.”

Apart from the main prize of $440 000, Ole Schemion also received other gifts: the traditional next year participant’s packet for the tournament of champions with a buy-in of $15.000 and Hublot watch of a special edition.
