Phil Ivey wins the first tournament at Super High Roller Series Europe
The world famous poker high roller Phil Ivey became the triumphant of the first tournament of the Super High Roller Series Europe.
The first event with a buy-in of $25 000 was Short Deck (Hold'em 6+). The tournament counted 48 entries, and as a result the prize pool was $1 200 000.
For the first place in the Super High Roller Series Europe 2021 Event #1, Phil Ivey received a decent payout of $408 000.

Phil Ivey beat Britain's most successful poker player, Stephen Chidwick, in the heads-up. The Briton became a runner-up with $264 000 in prize money.

In the last hand of the tournament, Ivey went all-in with K♣ 10♣ and was called by Chidwick with A♥ Q♠. After the showdown, K♦ 9♦ 8♠ 10♦ A♣ appeared on the board. As a result of this hand, Phil Ivey got two pair and became the champion of the tournament.
