Rainer Kempe runs second in the Global Poker Index
The Global Poker Index issues the best poker players’ ranking on weekly basis. The GPI uses a system that takes into account participant’s results over six semi-annual intervals.
Famous German poker player Rainer Kempe takes second place in the GPI ranking. He has scored 3401.13 points. American player Sean Winter tops the ranking with a score of 3425.57 points. The third place belongs to poker professional from the USA – Stephen Chidwick (3367.04).

GPI is a rating that comprises more than 450 thousand poker players. The index is updated every week. Players' performance is measured by their finishing positions in poker tournaments.
