Shaun Deeb is second in WSOP Player of the Year rating

American poker player Shaun Deeb is now second in the WSOP Player of the Year rating. Previously, Deeb managed to get ahead of the Australian Robert Campbell, but then got to the second place again. Currently, the difference between their scores is 147 points, but everything can change.

Shaun won the Player of the Year title last year. Back then Deeb got in the money at the WSOP Europe 2018 four times, having significantly outperformed his closest rivals. This time the rivalry is a way tougher.

At the beginning of the WSOP 2019, American player Daniel Zack was topping the ranking. Then he was overtaken by Robert Campbell from Australia, who won 2 bracelets at the aforementioned championship. In addition, the Australian has made two chases at the WSOP Europe 2019.

In turn, Deeb has got to three final tables and made 19 cashes this year. The poker legend Daniel Negreanu is in the third place of the ranking. The Canadian player still has a chance to win the WSOP Player of the Year title.
