Last week, Adrian Mateos won the first EPT Prague 2019 tournament and he was close to the second EPT victory. The poker player started to play on the final day as a chip leader, but during the course of a tournament the Spanish player spent a lot of chips.
The last Adrian’s hand in the tournament was a hand in which he went all-in with A-10. Stephen Chidwick made a call with Q-J and a pair of jacks was enough to knock Mateos out of the game.
After that, the decisive heads-up of the tournament started. Chidwick fought against French player Bertrand Grospellier in this battle. Chidwick had a six-fold advantage in stack and it gave a little chance for Grospellier.
Stephen Chidwick managed to win the tournament. This victory brought the British player €725 000 of prize money.
