Steve O'Dwyer wins $5 200 WPT High Roller at PartyPoker
Steve O'Dwyer, a popular high roller of Irish origin from the USA, regularly wins big prize money in expensive tournaments at PartyPoker.
The other day, Steve took down the $5 200 WPT Online High Roller at PartyPoker. It should be mentioned that the event had a $250 000 guaranteed prize pool.
A large number of players took part in the tournament: these entries almost doubled the claimed guarantee, which helped to form a prize pool of $415 000.
For his victory, Steve O'Dwyer earned massive prize money of $115 640. The tournament runner-up was a professional poker player from Germany who played under the flag of Great Britain – Christoph Vogelsang; he received a payout of $73 200.

The third place and $50 020 went to the Canadian poker player David Peters. The successful player from the Netherlands, Teun Mulder, took fifth place and earned $26 000 in prize money. The well-known Brazilian pro Yuri Dzivielevski finished the event in ninth place, pocketing only $14 530.
In total, 13 players entered the ITM zone. Pascal Lefrancois, a poker player from Canada, was the last to earn the minimum payout of $11 360. The popular high roller from Sweden Niklas Astedt became a bubble boy of the tournament.
