Teun Mulder wins $100 000 Triton Poker Cyprus High Roller
Cyprus continues to host expensive live events of the Triton Poker Cyprus series. The second major tournament of the series ended, which cost a whopping $100 000.
69 players expressed their desire to take part in the Triton Cyprus #2 $100 000 No-Limit Hold'em 8-max tournament. This made it possible to form a hefty prize pool of $6 624 000.
The champion of the tournament, Dutch poker player Teun Mulder managed to go through the entire field of famous high rollers and win the main prize of the event in the amount of $1 940 000.

The final table also included Daniel Dvoress with a payout of $529 000, and Paul Phua in seventh place with $324 500 in prize money.

In the final hand, Vogelsang limped T♣ 6♠ on the button and Teun Mulder checked with K♦ T♠.
The flop was dealt J♥ 8♥ 2♠ and Mulder proceeded to call Vogelsang's bet on the turn with the Q♠ and all-in on the river with the 9♦ when both players made a straight.
Mulder became the event's ultimate champion.
