Timothy Adams won $417 000 at Australian Poker Open

Australian Poker Open Series tournament for $25 000 reached the end. The Canadian poker player Timothy Adams became the winner of event and got $417 000 for the first place. After this victory, Timothy’s earning in the live tournaments reached the mark of $19 000 000.

He said that the play at the final table was really hard and his opponents were tough. However, the fortune favoured him and Canadian player became the champion.

In heads-up, Adams fought against British poker player Stephen Chidwick. Their play lasted for only a few short hands and Chidwick took the second place that brought him $270 000. Andy Lee finished third and earned $184 000.

Steve O'Dwyer took the 4th place and enriched with $123 000. The Turkish poker player Orpen Kisacikoglu finished fifth and got $98 000.
