888Poker missing payout?

Exactly what the title says, made two withdrawal requests. The second request arrived next day, they are both to the exact same account (it stores your details the first time without asking!) the first one was made a week ago. Raised the issue yesterday got told contact us tomorrow if still not arrived and someone will look into it.

Contacted them just recently so had full banking day and still not landed, wait over 5 minutes for a human to appear to have  the same it has been approved at our end spewed out at me. Politely ask they pass me to a department that can look into the delay/where the payment is, same line spewed again.

Really do not like 888Poker, can the whole world move their freerolls to GG.
