Bad beat advice

Hi all,

How do you get out of bad beats periods?

Be patient, force it like a fish, continue with the ranges or pray God?

Hi Kris is this just 888Poker? If yes then due to the high volume of fish any efforts to trap are generally negated by the minimum 4 to the pot callers willing to call or check to the river. My approach which seems to be paying off is still play the same tight range I usually do but try to randomise how I play each hand so they don't work out how to tell when I have it based on patterns.  Might sound crazy but maybe try using some real world randomising. introduce a two way coin flip to decide whether to check raise or shove a hand. Flip a coin every fourth middle of the road hand and play if it lands on heads, that kind of thing.

Just playing the pure mechanics and science of the game doesn't help on 888Poker the fish are more like piranhas they shoal up on every hand, demonstrating strength by raising from UTG position still gets 4 to the flop.

The other tactic that seemed to work for a bit but I leaned on it too heavily is making the price of play and entry high each hand you commit to playing, no free cards, no free check for the BB to connect with their Q 6 off,  if you have hit then force them to either commit the lot based on a two outer/10% draw or back the whatjamaflip down like they should do. Maybe I should add a coin flip for this approach to my randomisation. If you want to get fancy get some small dice like d4 and use them, get a pair roll two and you can have dual layer craziness :)

Above all I guess keep on grinding, to quote one of my favourite films "can't rain all the time"
