Customer Service on a poker site!

Hello Cardmates,

I recently contacted customer support over an issue I had with a promotion that is on at the moment. I had completed the promotion requirement to qualify for the $3000 freeroll skyline ticket (hint) but did not receive it in my account. I don’t know about your experience with this customer service, but I don’t think I have ever in my 30 years dealing with the public and companies come across a more unhelpful and arrogant customer service. In 2 years I think they have only resolved 1 or 2 issues I have contacted them about.

I found myself getting more frustrated when I contacted them because instead of dealing with the issue they act daft and try to confuse the situation. Needless to say, the result of contacting them was they have stopped me being able to contact them on their site and have stopped my inclusion in the current promotion.

That is what you call Customer service at its very best! 

So I decided as I was no longer eligible for the promotion to spend time on CoinPoker with the deposits from Card mates, and as I don’t usually play on this site I did not have a great deal of good fortune at the tables.Getting familiar with the tables and the cards that are dealt.

Thanks to that Customer Services response I realised playing on CoinPoker I received for 3 days I accumulated more Rakeback than I have received from the other site in 2 years !

So in conclusion, these promotions they draw you into who is benefiting, because I think that I prefer the cold hard cash in my account balance 🤑
