Fifa World Cup Of Poker
The FIFA World Cup season is getting closer, I can't help but wonder if anyone else is as excited as I am.
If you're a football fan or not, you should be excited. There's something special about seeing players from different countries competing with eachother.
The atmosphere, the rivalries and surprises is what makes the tournament so exciting, and I can't wait for it to get started.
This got me thinking in poker direction. It should actually be a time to also make more money, there should be different poker events hosted... maybe I'm not making my research well enough.
Maybe Cardmates might host; special events, challenges, freerolls, or competitions during the World Cup season.
I think it would be a great way to bring the community together. Imagine country-themed poker challenges, World Cup prediction contests, or special freerolls running alongside the football tournament.
This is the perfect time for this....
I'm Curious on what the community thinks about this.
I'll enjoy it when England play well . The question is . Will they? Im trying to stay positive but its a wait and see game. Give me more! What games are looking juicy off the bat, i havent taken too much interest personally but i do love a bit of footy.
At the moment, activity is still very low. As for betting, there are plenty of competitions, but the user community is still quite small - even enough only for contests among the top 20-50 users on the site. I think everything will change very soon, mate. 🙂
