Hi, Sheffied is here!!!!!!!!!!

Happy to join others posting small introductory posts here. I’m not the social media person,  but who knows how this post changes me 🤔?

My name is Katie, based in Sheffield.

I play rarely enough, and prefer strategy-based games. While not feeling ready for Omaha and Hold’em, I devote my sessions to blackjack. I mostly practice my skills in single player. But sometimes I have enough courage to join other fellow players at live tables.

I’m a full-time QA automation engineer with a big passion for coffee. There’s not so much free time left to enjoy gambling. But I carve out some time on weekends.

I’m not a pro player in no way. My point is just to study the basics, so I discover the blackjack essentials: hitting when you’re between 12 and 16, splitting 8s, and stuff like that.

I’m dreaming about mastering blackjack and moving to poker, where the real strategy knowledge is necessary.
