I Stopped Chasing Wins…
I used to think winning in casino games meant being aggressive more bets, more risk, more action.
So I’d jump tables, chase losses, double stakes… and yeah, you can guess how that ended. Then one day I did something different.
I slowed down.
I picked just one simple game, set a tiny goal (+$5), and told myself: once I hit it, I’m out. No chasing. No emotions. No “just one more round.”It felt boring at first… but it worked.
That “boring” session turned into my most consistent strategy.
Now I don’t play to win big.
I play to leave early with something.
Funny enough… that’s how the wins started stacking.
Have you ever tried playing just to “leave early” instead of winning big?

The 'leave early' strategy is the ultimate discipline test. Setting a small, achievable goal like +$5 completely removes the 'gambler’s ruin' trap of staying until you hit zero.
Have you found that this 'boring' approach has actually made the game more enjoyable overall?
