Partypoker vs GGPoker. Still haven't called it yet
Hello everyone! Noah is back.
Was quiet for three weeks cause had a side project plus was testing two poker sites. Their desktop and mobile software. Mobile mainly. To see which works better for me. GGPoker and PartyPoker.
Look, I’m definitely not a pro. Just a casual poker player who enjoys the game. I’ll probably miss some important factors and focus on less important ones for serious grinders. But that's just how I roll.
So PartyPoker was the first one I tried. Played there for a while but everything was intuitive right from the first game.
Multi-tabling is top-notch. Well, I actually only tried two tables but guess tracking four tables will be as convenient. Earning Diamonds motivates me to play more often but I was busy these days.
But I did notice lags from time to time. That’s annoying. How does Partypoker run on your end?
After a bit, I switched to GGPoker.
It’s actually dead easy to use. The whole thing feels more like a mobile game than a serious poker app. Mainly because of all the interactive bits in it. But honestly, I didn’t expect I would be as convenient as it turned out. Those animated Splashes are something.
Naturally, I’m obsessed with throwing stuff at people when I lose. Thrilling way to show how you're feeling.
Does any other poker app support video messages? I don’t use them. But some friends of mine are very active in such communication while they play on GG. Cracking or not?
I’m not a seasoned player but I know PokerCraft is a big deal for many. Anyone here use it? Or Smart HUD? I don’t. I just don’t dive into stats. But I should probably be more serious about opponents and check all those win/loss ratios. Though I find it properly handy for pros or semi-pros.
Well, I switched between the two apps depending on my mood. Still thinking on the winner.
I also consider trying PokerStars and 888, but I’m afraid of getting lost in all these. 888 is bviously a huge name but the dodgy reviews on trustpilot have put me off a bit. Stars has always been the gold standard for poker, hasn't it?
What you mates think of all poker brands? Which mobile software you use?
