Permanent Exclusion from Some Poker Rooms?

When I was much younger, I had many responsibilities and worked a lot.

My family required me to wait a few years to be freer to participate in online poker rooms again.

I was excluded from the following rooms: PokerStar, VPT Global, GGPoker, ACR Poker, and Bet365 Poker.

Now that I am retired, without family commitments, I always look for some online distractions and participate with great satisfaction in the Partypoker, 888Poker, and PokerStar rooms, which was the only one I had been excluded from and, after a questionnaire with many questions, they accepted my return.

However, the rooms: VPT Global, GGPoker, ACR Poker, and Bet365 Poker are not allowing my return, claiming that I was permanently excluded.

In my case, many years have passed, and I am now of advanced age, wouldn't it be appropriate for these same poker rooms to follow the example of PokerStars and give me another opportunity?

What is the global law that prohibits them from offering a second opportunity?

*Has anyone else had this experience?

What are my opportunities of returning to play in the following poker rooms: VPT Global, GGPoker, ACR Poker, and Bet365 Poker?
