SOCIALISING OR REAPING THE REWARDS?

I was wondering 🤔

I personally have been enjoying Cardmates, socialising, blogging sharing in other peoples experiences, wins, losses, luck, misfortunes and humour.

Now, the rewards that Cardmates very Generously give as a reward for participation is this helping or creating gamesmanship?

I for one, try to ;

  • Think of things to blog about
  • read all blogs
  • rate all blogs
  • rate all corresponding replies

generally just participating as a Cardmates and hopefully achieving a reward for my input.

The whole point of the rewards is to get people more involved and interested in being part of this growing community, not for gamesmanship to win a couple of bucks.

I have noticed a lot of people looking at blogs and comments, not replying or rating!

Now, I appreciate some of those are just genuine disinterest, fair enough.

Can I ask that we all get involved and whoever wins the rewards wins them because gamesmanship will only  get in the way of growing this community!

I may be wrong and if so I apologise if I offended anyone by creating this blog, but it’s the vibe I was getting and I wanted to bring it to the table say

let’s all get involved CARDMATES whoever wins the rewards wins them it’s more about growing the community! ♥️♣️♦️♠️🃏🥳💙

How to get the most involvement from your blogs? Ask great questions and hopefully the answers will come in . I hear what you are saying but i think most people are writing some kind of genuine blog to do with poker with a bit of AI generated imagery for a bit of aesthetics but the real meat of all of this stuff is in the interaction and conversation with other players. I think we have to realise the pool of readers is quite small and the pool of responders is even smaller... Ive gone into quite a few peoples pages and looked at all their blogs and some people have done some great ones but the conversations run dry fairly quickly.... a bit like real life i suppose. People lose interest quickly and we are competing with peoples shortening attention spans at all times. My dad was telling me earlier about the difference between reading on paper and off a screen. The screen doesnt help us because the dopamine hits we need come from the long form understanding you get from say reading a book or discussing with someone else the excitement you had for a film or play you'd just seen together. God help us all getting off screens!
