The hand I can't stop thinking about

Day three. Nearly midnight. Level 18, blinds 4k/8k. I'm on the button with J♠ J♣, make it 45k. Grey Hoodie calls from the CO. Flop: A♦ 8♠ 3♣. He checks - instantly. Nobody checks an ace that fast. I bet half pot, he calls. Turn: J♦. Stone-faced. Inside I'm absolutely losing it. Set. He checks again, quick as anything. I check behind - I want him to pull the trigger on the river himself. River: 9♦. He tanks for ten seconds, then bets 95k.

I'm not looking at the cards. I'm looking at him. Then one question: do you want to play poker, or do you want to win the tournament? Shove. 235k on top. Long pause. Fold. I don't show. Never do. I stack my chips and there's only one thing on my mind - what did he have? Never found out. This is probably the most honest part of poker.
