Tourney help on final table
Always seem to struggle when reaching top 20 or final tables of MTT. I tend to play tight, get smashed by the blinds and end up going All in with k10/a10/a9 and run poorly
looking for some advice on how to manage this better.

Pokers a game of information and i think we need a bit more information. You say you play tight, have you ever considered loosening up about the time when lots of players are folding to try and get into the money and trying to win pots with no contest. It is one of the hardest parts of a tournament because your navigating your stack with essentially the better players left in the field. If you have a short stack, try and wait for spots where you can shove with any decent fold equity and good equity for you - high card hands / pocket pairs . Try and learn how game dynamics leading up to the final 20 is also important. Its not just about coolering people. Theres a lot of value that can be "created" when bluffing and you should actually increase your bluffs the more the opponents tighten up with ICM affecting their play.
You really need to master push-fold strategy
