When is the correct time to call it a downswing?
Is it a matter of days, weeks or a % of your bank roll?
We all go through downswings but when do you call it so?
The question is mainly about mtt's but cash players please let me know your thoughts too.

I find without a spreadsheet I punt off more. I've been recording each day for the last 3 years on 'google sheets' and it has done me well. Having a rough March so far but wouldn't start calling it a downswing yet. Fingers crossed on turning it profitable.
I do not have a clue about how to go about it. I wish I did. I know everything there is about fitting kitchens and Gas installations, but I am new to all this as I was a kitchen fitter and a gas safe installer for 30 years!
Hopefully I will be able to work it out soon and start building a bankroll 🤑🤑🤑

I don’t believe it,what are the chances. I had to finish up 2 years ago because of my M.S I lost the ability to walk. Did ok though I lasted 24 years in the game with my illness 🤑👊💙
