Why do I keep falling for it!

Good morning Cardmates, I have had a few deep runs in tournaments lately, not big wins just a couple of ITM’s and One or two FT’s.

But I would like to share one hand in particular, it is like the thorn in my side.

A♠️6♠️

On both FT’s I’ve been involved in this past few days

I have involved myself in the pot with this hand,

Flopped a 6 with possible Flush draw, called Ai

Only to find he is holding a pair of 77’s and KO’s me

Now, this may seem a trivial thing to blog about, but for some reason I am drawn to playing this hand when it arrives in front of me.

I should see the danger signs, but I seemed to just play it anyway!

obviously, I have revisited this hand and hopefully will learn from my mistake!

Is there a particular hand you are drawn to playing that you shouldn’t or regret playing

I think sharing this information could help me to not make this mistake for a third time 🤪

and hopefully yourselves Cardmates!

Just a morning sharing moment if you care to comment ♥️♣️♦️♠️🃏💙

Spades are seductive.... A6 and A7, A8 & A9 are all middling aces where our kicker may be a problem if we do flop an ace. Definitely playable hands but as you found out pairing the low side card isnt always going to make us the best hand. A8 of spades is the hand i have to play.... demz the rules

I think it’s the main thing I need to get involved with less!
