Tilt Tilt Tilt don't tilt

Thoughts on tilt when playing poker. All poker players distinguish 3 main traits of a successful player:

1) Strong theory

2) Sophisticated bankroll management

3) Control over emotions.

Here I want to talk about the third point. Tilt is evil, it is a common truth for any player. Everyone understands this, but each of us periodically goes on about negative emotions.

As a result, we have highly negative sessions and mediocre results in general. We will not dwell on the causes of a player's tilt state for a long time, usually these are: - moving, coolers - own mistakes - annoying little things (for example, an aggressive player avatar and his next 3bet)

Let's think about moving and coolers. Does anything depend on us? No ... Realized it? Not?! Then close your eyes and tell yourself once again that moving and coolers are the norm, here you cannot change anything.

The next point is our mistakes. Yes, we are not robots and we make mistakes, but in order to tilt less and improve, we need to find our mistakes and wage war against them. Annoying little things, the most underrated premise of tilt in my opinion. Bad mood, poor health, wrong initial attitude to the session.

All this distracts and unbalances. Don't sit at tables when you feel overwhelmed by emotions. Restore your peace of mind in order to show your best game.
