CoinPoker Just Made a Big Change

Here's What It Means For Players

CoinPoker has rolled out a pretty significant update, and I think it's one that will get players talking.

From now on, third-party HUDs, overlays, and live tracking tools are no longer allowed on the platform. They've also banned the use of virtual machines and similar environments that can be used to hide or manipulate gameplay activity.

Personally, I think this is a move toward creating a more level playing field.

For a long time, there has been a debate about HUDs in online poker. Some players see them as essential tools, while others feel they give an unfair advantage.

Instead of relying on external software, CoinPoker is introducing something called PokerIntel, which is built directly into the client.

From what I've seen, PokerIntel includes:

• Performance tracking

• Insights into your playing habits

• Hand analysis tools

• Opponent statistics

In other words, players still get access to useful information, but now everyone is using the same built-in system rather than a collection of third-party tools.

I haven't spent enough time with PokerIntel yet to form a strong opinion, but I like the idea of having everything in one place without needing additional software running in the background.

The bigger question is how this will affect the games going forward?
