GGPoker saga continues!

So GGPoker, have now closed my account and emailed me regarding my comments!

I would love to know who comes up with with these procedures of dealing with customers when they are having issues with their product!

Aaron Barone had a conversation a while back on his stream and touched on the subject of how the online poker sites treat customers with contempt and a complete lack of respect.

Which in turn, is restricting the massive potential for Poker sites to reach their full capabilities…….

Now I know the industry is already massive and a multi billion dollar industry, but there is a certain stigma that is attached to Poker sites which is highlighted and fuelled by these such incidents.

Can these Companies not see that if they created a better understanding of their customers and build the relationship instead of treating them like idiots and just shutting them down for having an opinion, or questioning their process they would unlock so much more potential. Aaron can see this from that conversation that really opened my eyes to this problem, and he should know he has been involved in the heart of the industry for a long time!
