There is something going on with GGPoker!

Hi Cardmates, I am addressing an issue with GGPoker that has been going on for a while now.

It all started when I complained about a problem I was having with a certain process, it wasn’t a big issue, just an issue with the rake back process.

I asked the question and got the answers I was looking for, thanked them for their help and that was the end of that………

Or so I thought! 

It turned out that it was just the start of my nightmare!

The following day I went on as usual, entering my chosen tournaments and just a general grind.

But, something felt different with the game.

I finally got a playable hand, great here we go…….

and it happened!

I was logged out of GGPoker!

Panic stations, logged back in and my hand was folded and I was sat out of the winning hand I had been waiting for 😤🤬🤯

Obviously I complained about this problem and requested that they investigate the matter and inform me of there findings.

I hoped that they could resolve this issue, but instead they locked my funds and refused to unlock them until I gave them 3 different forms of Identification.

Honestly, I was in shock at the direction they chose to go with this issue 

Every time I completed the required process, I was informed that it did not meet with the requirements and they hit me with a different process I needed to complete. 

This went on for a week, literally until I was having suicidal thoughts!

l know that this seems extreme, but when your in that situation, Isolated and constantly battling with the very people who are supposed to be helping you, it drove me insane!

It took me to tell them that this situation was driving me to suicidal thoughts for them to unlock my funds and then they told me to contact someone for help with my mental health!

The Irony……WOW!

Since, GGPoker logs out every time I participate in anything and this week they sent my deposit back, saying that the details didn’t match. Which I had to email them proof again.

I don’t know why I bothered as I can not seem to win a hand, I loose every flip and seem to be stuck on the wrong side of the RNG.

I find all of this to be an amazing coincidence since that first small issue!

In conclusion of my blog (rant,complaint)…….

I have tried and tried with GGPoker and it may be time to give in and move on!
