Playing tired is still playing bad
Quick thought after a long session.
I used to think being tired wasn’t a big deal. Like yeah, maybe a bit slower, but still “good enough” to keep playing.
Lately I’m not so sure.
It’s not obvious mistakes - it’s small stuff. Missing spots, taking a bit too long, going for safe plays instead of the right ones. Nothing huge, but it adds up.
And the worst part - you don’t really notice it in the moment.
Feels like one of those leaks that hides well because it doesn’t look like a leak.
Starting to think quitting earlier is actually +EV sometimes.
Anyone else notice this, or do you manage to stay sharp no matter how long the session goes?
