Phil Hellmuth is a poker player who has the biggest number of WSOP bracelets. He is the owner of 15 bracelets and has more than $23 000 won in the live tournaments.

Hellmuth decided to take advantage of his fame and placed an advertisement for the sale of his mansion directly on Twitter. Phil decided not to turn to the real estate agencies, because the number of his subscribers is more than 283 000. What if one of the subscribers dreams about Hellmuth’s house?

It is about a mansion with a surface of 155 square metres, which accommodates three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Its main highlight is that the owner of 15 WSOP bracelets lived there.

Is it overpriced?

According to Hellmuth's advertisement, the house price is $430 000. Some subscribers found it overpriced and they provided a real estimated cost of the property.
