Four Kings… A Hand You Almost Never See ♠️👑

There are moments in poker that don’t come often.

Moments that make you pause… look twice… and realize you’re witnessing something rare.

This was one of them.

During a recent tournament, I found myself in a hand that every poker player dreams about but hardly ever experiences.

Four of a kind.

Not just any four of a kind…

Four Kings. 👑👑👑👑

For a second, it didn’t even feel real. You play hundreds, sometimes thousands of hands, and you rarely come across something like this. It’s one of those combinations you know exists, but almost never actually see at the table.

And when it finally happens?

Everything slows down.

Four of a kind is one of the strongest hands in poker, and also one of the rarest.

The odds of being dealt or making quads are incredibly low. You could go through multiple tournaments without ever seeing one. That’s what makes moments like this special.

Ironically, the stronger your hand, the harder it can be to get paid.

If you play it too aggressively, everyone folds.

If you play it too passively, you miss value.

So here’s what I did, when I found out I had 3 kings;

• I Slowed it down just enough to keep opponents interested

• Build the pot without scaring them away

• Let them believe they’re still in control

That’s the art of poker.

Hands like this remind me why I enjoy the game so much. Poker isn’t just about grinding and strategy, it’s also about those rare, unforgettable moments that break the routine. The kind of hands you remember long after the tournament is over.

Four of a kind doesn’t show up often.

But when it does?

You don’t forget it.
