Message For Those That are New in Poker

If you're new to poker, here is one advice I will give.....

"Don't focus too much in winning right away. Focus on Learning"

When I first started playing, I thought every tournament was about making money. Over time, I realized that the players who improve the fastest are the ones who treat every game as a learning experience.

~ You're going to make mistakes.

~You're going to misread hands.

~You're going to lose with strong cards and sometimes win with weak ones.

That's poker.

The important thing is to keep playing, keep learning, and not let a few bad results discourage you.

I could remember a tournament I played a year ago, the reward was huge and it's a freeroll. Entries were over a thousand, and the mentality I went in that game with was just to play for fun, cause chances of winning was very low.

And just like that I kept knocking out players and building my chips and eventually made it to the 2nd Position.

I was surprise cause it was unexpected 😂

One thing I highly recommend for beginners is playing freerolls.

Freerolls give you the chance to experience real tournament pressure without risking your own money. You get to practice bankroll management, learn tournament strategy, and gain confidence at the tables.

Personally, I've found CoinPoker to be a great place for this. They run multiple freerolls every day, which means there are plenty of opportunities to play, learn, and improve without having to make a deposit.

I will also be dropping updates on freerolls with rewards you can join.
