My Funniest Poker Table Moment - I Decided To Take a Leap of Faith

This moment was actually funny which eventually ended in my favour. But sometimes, the funniest things happen when nobody expects them.

It happened during a poker session when I decided to play a little mind game with my opponent.

I looked down at my cards and saw 7♠ 2♦, one of the worsthands in poker. 

Naturally I was supposed to fold but instead I decided to have a little fun.

I raised confidently, trying to make everyone believe I was holding something dangerous.

Every other player folded but one player re-raised. 

At that moment I wanted to fold, but a voice told me to re-raises it again and I did. 

The player re-raised the second time and at this point I knew he has a stronger hand and I just decided to just go all in. I've already trapped myself because I was having fun, so there's no turning back.

He called all in immediately and showed pocket jacks

I beat him with two pairs 7s and 2s.

I just laughed at the screen, I literally beat him with the worst hand in poker.

There was no way I'm ever gonna try that again 😂
