The Unfortunate Result 🤬

Hi Cardmates,

It is with great sadness and bitterness I am writing this blog today……

I recently had a run in with GGPoker which drove me to the point of insanity. I ended up telling them the way they had gone about the process had left me feeling suicidal.

Yesterday I woke up to find they had deleted my GGPoker account. I then opened an email from GGCare asking if I was ok and if I felt I was a danger to myself to call 999…..

That was it, I tried to reply to Finnian(GGCare)to get more information but have been met with no reply.

I have also contacted help@GGPoker but again have received no response.

Now considering the facts of these events 🤔

 would you say………

• This was an appropriate response 
• Due care and attention was given
• they just washed their hands of it regardless of what mental state I was in

A company that basically prints money from feeding off gamblers and this is what they consider to be the appropriate action when it comes to dealing with someone who was having suicidal thoughts because of their flawed practices regarding the authentication process!

I am a disabled person who struggles to multi task and they tried to make me send them a selfie of myself holding my I.d about five times.

I was completely demoralised and physically exhausted from trying to send them a selfie they would accept that I finally cracked and told them they were making me suicidal!

With which they unlocked my funds and that was that……

Until this week when they returned my deposit saying that the name on my accounts did not match even though for the two years I have had my GGPoker account I have never changed any details, and all my details match!

When I contacted them and they explained to me that I would have to go through the authentication process again……..

well you can probably guess at my reaction!

In conclusion Cardmates, after becoming the first to achieve ‘Expert’ status I will no longer be able to compete in the freeroll tournaments on GGPoker.
