Why do you Play Poker ?

Why do I play poker?

It’s not just about the money.

It’s the challenge.

Poker pushes you to think, to stay disciplined, and to make decisions under pressure. Every hand is a puzzle, every tournament is a test, and every session teaches you something new.

I play for the moments, the deep runs, the tough calls, the wins, and even the losses that force me to improve.

It’s a game of skill, patience, and mindset.

And honestly… I play because I want to get better.

Not just at poker, but at controlling emotions, handling pressure, and making smarter decisions.

That’s what keeps me coming back.

What kept you playing 🎤?

Pretty much the same for me - the challenge and the constant improvement.

But if I’m honest, it’s also the feeling when everything clicks for a session and you’re just making the right decisions without overthinking. Hard to beat that.
